Two-piece A. Brandt Ranch Oak glass-front china cabinet top & buffet base (Cat. No. 1888 buffet & 1888-5 cupboard). This is an early one, made in the 1950s and earlier. It fits very well in smaller kitchen areas and is much easier to move than the more popular one-piece chuck hutch. Has the standard black metal hinges w/wood handles and knobs. Condition |
Original factory finish is in very good usable condition, although it has not been seriously cleaned and waxed for many, many years. There are a few signs of age and/or use to the finish in places, but can still look amazing with just a little work. It can be cleaned, waxed and touched up for you before shipping, if necessary. The inside adjustable shelf has been replaced, doesn't have any finish on it, and needs to be trimmed down. This can also be done here.
